About Us
Diagrama Foundation is a charity helping vulnerable children and adults at risk of social exclusion. We help transform lives through our adoption, fostering, residential and therapeutic support services by taking a holistic approach and having a focus on the core values of being non-judgmental, providing care and empathy. We accept each child, young person or adult as a unique individual and work with them so they can feel safe, secure and inspired to lead fulfilling lives. We believe that in order to offer an outstanding service, the needs of the individual must lie at the heart of everything we do.
Diagrama also offers a range of educational, medical and secure transportation services. Its parent organisation, Fundaciόn Diagrama, is one of the largest charities in Spain and has been established there for 25 years. Diagrama also has operations in France, Germany, the US, Senegal and Belgium.
